This is where the toilet is directly above the waste tank; the waste goes directly to the large tank below. To empty the tank, a vacuum hose is connected to a socket somewhere on the boat and the machine vacuums and expels the waste. Water is then thrown downwards to get some water out and then vacuumed. Boaters who have a storage tank for toilet waste should use a pumping facility to empty the tank.
Once again, we offer some facilities, as do many marina and shipyards. The use of the pumping facilities comes at an additional cost, which is not included in the price of the boat license.
